Terms For Hype.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Hype For Entertainment And Consulting Services ("Hype," "we," "our," or "us") for your use of the Hype mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at /privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Hype (for example profile data, posts, messages, and uploads).

You grant Hype a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify for formatting, display, and distribute your content solely to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Services.

We may monitor, review, remove, restrict, or report content or accounts when we believe there is a violation of law, these Terms, platform policies, or safety requirements.

Hype has a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Any suspected CSAE/CSAM behavior may result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement, NCMEC, and other relevant authorities as required by law.

The Services, including software, branding, trademarks, designs, and related content owned by Hype, are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

The Services may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, or availability.

If you download the app from Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to the applicable store terms. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms only as required for app distribution compliance.

Some features may be offered as paid services, subscriptions, or promotional offers. Pricing, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation details will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable after the billing period begins. App store billing and refund policies may also apply.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, or harmed the platform or community.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion via support@hypeapp.me.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, security, accuracy, or reliability.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hype and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hype's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Hype in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or (b) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hype, its affiliates, and their personnel from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated date above and may provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
